About ChatGPT Business seats
A seat on an official ChatGPT Business workspace that ToolsLab manages. ChatGPT Business is the plan OpenAI used to call ChatGPT Team. You accept the invite and log in with your own email.
ChatGPT Business vs ChatGPT Plus
Plus is OpenAI's personal plan. Business is its plan for teams: you work in a shared business workspace, and OpenAI does not use business workspace data to train its models by default.
How billing works
A seat is ৳2,340 a month, prorated to the 1st of the next month, and it renews only if you choose to. We remind you 3 days before the end date.
Refunds and replacement
If OpenAI disables your ChatGPT account or organisation, you get a 50% refund. In every other case there is no refund. If your seat stops working, we replace it for free for the rest of your paid period.
Questions
Is ChatGPT Business the same as ChatGPT Team?
Yes. OpenAI renamed ChatGPT Team to ChatGPT Business. It is the same plan for teams.
Can I buy just one ChatGPT Business seat?
Yes. Buying Business directly from OpenAI needs at least two seats. With ToolsLab you join a workspace we manage, so a single seat is fine.
Is this a shared account?
No. A shared account is one login used by several people, so everyone sees each other's chats and the password can change without warning. A ToolsLab seat or plan is on your own email: you log in yourself and nobody else uses your login. The one exception is clearly labelled as a ready-made account.
How fast will I get access?
Most orders are delivered within 1 hour of your payment being verified. We email the invitation or upgrade to each seat email. Accept it promptly and check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Why is the price lower later in the month?
Monthly team seats run to the 1st of the next month. Claude Team Premium is ৳6,000 on the 1st and ৳100 less every day after that. Other monthly plans are prorated to the 1st. The exact price and end date are shown before you pay.
What if my seat stops working?
Message us any time (24/7). Every seat is covered for its entire paid period, and we give you a free replacement for the rest of it, usually within a few hours and at most within 24 hours. A replacement is not a refund: see the refund policy below.
Does it renew automatically?
No. We remind you before your end date, and you renew only if you want to. If you don't renew, access is removed on the end date.
Can I get a refund?
There is no refund on our products. Claude: No refunds on Claude. Claude is unstable right now, so if a seat stops working we replace it, but we never refund it. ChatGPT: 50% refund if your ChatGPT account or organisation is disabled. In every other case there is no refund. We replace a seat that stops working. If we can't deliver your order at all, you get a full refund of that order.
