Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Order details: name, email address(es) for delivery, WhatsApp/phone number, country.
- Payment details: method, amount, transaction ID and any screenshot you upload. We never see or store card numbers or wallet keys.
- Technical data: IP address and device information processed by our hosting provider for security. Cookies for login and affiliate referral (30 days); your currency choice is stored in your browser.
How we use it
To deliver and support your subscription, send order and renewal emails, prevent fraud, keep accounting records, and improve our service. We don't sell your data and don't send marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
- The tool provider, only the email needed to add you to the plan.
- Service providers that run our website and email (for example Cloudflare for hosting and Resend for email), under their own privacy terms.
- Authorities, only when required by law.
If you bought through a reseller, we process your email only on the reseller's behalf and never contact you directly.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept as long as needed for legal and tax purposes. Payment screenshots are deleted after 12 months. You can ask us to delete your account data, except records we must keep by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to support@toolslab.co.uk.
Security
Data is stored encrypted with a major cloud provider. Admin access is protected with two-factor authentication, and payment screenshots are private.
