1. Who we are

ToolsLab ("we", "us") is operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh. We help individuals and teams get official subscriptions to AI and software tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) at a lower price by adding them to team or business plans we manage, or by upgrading their own account.

ToolsLab is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI or any other tool provider. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Using our service

You must give us a correct, working email address for each seat. We deliver to exactly the email you enter.
You agree to follow the tool provider's own usage policies. Access removed because of your misuse (abuse, illegal use, violating the provider's rules) is not covered by our warranty.
Do not share a personal seat with other people unless you bought a Shared plan.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in USD, except Claude Team Premium, which is priced in taka (৳). BDT prices for other plans use our current exchange rate and are shown at checkout.
We accept bKash, Nagad, Binance Pay, USDT (BEP20 network only) and bank transfer. Your order is confirmed once we verify your payment (transaction ID).
Crypto sent on the wrong network, or to the wrong address, cannot be recovered.
Volume discounts and coupons are applied at checkout, one discount per order.

4. Subscription period

Monthly team plans run to the 1st of the next month. Claude Team Premium costs ৳6,000 on the 1st of a month and ৳100 less on each day after it, so the later in the month you buy, the less you pay. Other monthly plans are prorated to the 1st. The exact end date and price are shown before you pay.
Annual and other fixed-term products run for the stated term from the day you place the order.
Renewals are not automatic. We remind you before your end date. If you don't renew, access is removed on the end date.

5. Delivery

We send the invitation or upgrade to your email after payment is verified. Most orders are delivered within 1 hour. Please accept the invitation promptly and check your spam folder.

6. Replacement, refunds & support

There are no refunds on our products, with the one exception for ChatGPT described in our Refund & Warranty Policy. If a seat stops working during its paid period, we provide a free replacement for the remaining period. Support is available 24/7 on WhatsApp and at support@toolslab.co.uk.

7. Resellers & affiliates

Resellers and affiliates agree to separate commercial terms (pricing, credit, commissions). Self-referrals, fake accounts and coupon abuse void any commission.

8. Liability

We are responsible for giving you the access you paid for, or replacing it (or, where our Refund & Warranty Policy says so, refunding part of it). We are not liable for the tool provider's outages, feature changes, or any indirect loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.

9. Changes & law

We may update these terms, and the version on our website applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
